Reebok and celebrity hair colorist, Daniel Moon, announced their second product collaboration on August 11, 2021 – a refresh of Reebok’s iconic Classic Leather and Club C 85 silhouettes. Inspired by Daniel’s trail-blazing approach to hair, the new collection highlights four vivid designs which use palettes of bright colors to combine special and unique hairstyles.

Reebok Classic Leather and Club C Styles – Overview
Reebok and Daniel’s first successful collaboration commenced earlier in summer, and they are thrilled to unveil new versions of the brand’s well-known silhouettes. He got the inspiration from some of the brand’s iconic 1980’s advertisements, as well as the historically rich, vibrant colors of Los Angeles, where Daniel’s salon, HAIR Los Angeles, locates.
Daniel hand-painted four color gradients solely for Reebok. The silhouettes have a whole terry cloth upper, one of Reebok’s ’80s footwear’s fundamental design components, and a reference to hair texture and every stylist’s essential ‘tool,’ a towel.
Daniel Moon Classic Leather Legacy Shoes
Daniel Moon treats hair like art, and he himself chose the colors for these shoes the same way he approaches hair – focusing on how the colors would flow and draw the eyes. The leather on the heel tab is implicative of a shaved head, while the sock liner is a picture of hair art by Daniel. It’s all about the hair. Daniel Moon’s most famous punchy colors spurred the color palette and combination of Classic Leather Legacy.
The heel has a leather material that feels like a shaved hair, and on the sock liner, a photograph of one of Daniel Moon’s iconic hair creations will be seen. The shoe has a leather upper, die-cut EVA midsole, and a rubber outsole. The Classic Leather styles highlight asymmetric gradients printed on their leather overlays and two distinct cloth textiles on the tongue lining, underlays, and sock liner. It will be ready in two colorways, including Chalk/Acid Yellow/Bright Cobalt and Chalk/Atomic Pink/Radiant Ochre.
Daniel Moon Club C 85 Men’s Shoes
Daniel Moon Club C 85 Men’s Shoe depicts watercolor paintings, sunsets, and oceans. The ombré color gets its inspiration from hair artist Daniel Moon’s designs. It highlights hand-placed gradients across the shoe, which is manufactured exclusively of Reebok’s original terry cloth.
A thicker gauge terry material is also used on the sock liner and tongue lining as a color pop and textural accent. The silhouette’s two colorways include Hint Mint/Forest Green/Solar Purple and Atomic Pink/Orange Flare/Alert Yellow.
